A pro-democracy organisation, the Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA), has described the removal from public school’s curriculum of Christian Religious knowledge by the Education Minister, Mallam Adamu Adamu, as a sinister plot to instigate inter-religious warfare in Nigeria.

Buhari suffers memory loss, speech difficulties in London

President Muhammad Buhari, who left Nigeria 45 days ago to resume treatment for an undisclosed medical condition believed to be cancer, has developed speech difficulties, according to a Sahara Reporters breaking news, quoting Presidency sources. “Previously, Mr. Buhari was also said to be suffering memory lapses. The latest revelation stems from recent attempts to return the President to Nigeria by members of a cabal managing his health and using it to deceive Nigerians,” the report said.

Scrapping of Christian Religious Knowledge from school curriculum, plot to Islamise Nigeria - Apostle Suleiman Slams Buhari

President of the Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has expressed outrage at the removal of Christian Religious Knowledge (CRK) as a subject of study from the secondary school curriculum, describing it as a move to Islamise Nigeria.  The firebrand cleric in statement issued on Sunday by Phrank Shaibu, his Communications Manager, stated that President Muhammadu Buhari by this new policy has confirmed that he is out to Islamise the country.

Attempts to cause violence will not be tolerated - Osibanjo to Northeners

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo, Tuesday had a closed door meeting with some Northern leaders at the state house Abuja. Osinbajo called for the meeting following the recent call by some Northern youths for Igbos residing within the region to relocate on or before  October 1st . Speaking at the meeting,  Osibanjo said the ultimatum by a group of Arewa youths could not be ignored and would not be tolerated as the hate speeches if not stopped, could throw the nation into serious crisis.  The acting president in his speech, said:

This is according to a Twitter poll by Reno Omokri. The retweet got over a thousand votes which means the country is more divided under Buhari and like got just 135 which means it was less divided under Jonathan. What is your take?

Buhari is incommunicado, his memory affected - Reports

According to a new report by Sahara Reporters, some sources within the presidency claim that the wife of President Buhari, Aisha Buhari, was not allowed to see him when she traveled to the UK last month. Recall that Mrs Buhari departed Nigeria for the UK to see President Buhari on May 30th and returned on June 6th, just a week after her departure. Sahara Reporters claim that members of the cabal prevented Mrs Buhari from seeing her husband. Read the report after the cut...
